Gameplay

What is BattleCubed?

BattleCubed is a real-time, competitive cube-stacking battler. Match against other players, clear lines, and send garbage rows to knock opponents out.

How does matchmaking work?

Ranked uses a rolling rating that adjusts based on opponents' ratings. Quick Match prioritizes fast queues and may include bots when the player pool is small.

Billing

Is the game free to play?

Yes. The base game is free. Optional purchases (chests, cosmetics) are entirely visual and never affect gameplay.

How do refunds work?

Purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. Use their refund process directly. If a purchase failed to deliver, contact support and include your order ID.

Account

Do I need an account?

You can play casually as a guest, but ranked matches, chest history, and inventory persistence require a free account.

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen choose 'Forgot password' and enter your account email. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use that provider to sign in instead.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Open Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app, or contact support from this site. We process deletions within 30 days.

Technical

I'm experiencing lag or disconnects — what should I try?

Switch to a stable Wi-Fi connection, close background apps, and ensure the game is updated to the latest version. If the issue persists, send us your device, OS, and approximate match time via the contact form.

Safety

How do I report a player?

Use the in-game report option from the match summary screen, or fill out the Report a Player form on this site. Include the offender's player ID and match ID if possible.

What data does BattleCubed collect?

Only what is required to run matches, accounts, safety systems, and purchases. See the Privacy Policy on this site for the current details.
